My grandmother lived to 92, and with my mother the last 3 years of her life, for which she was grateful. The last few weeks though, after Grandma fell in the middle of the night and broke her pelvis - it was awful.

CNN said the "neck wound" was self inflicted through the mouth, possibly an attempt to commit suicide - but the bullet exited the soft tissue of the neck (instead of scrambling his brains). They may never know the story of this Boston disaster.

News flash, the kids who will be getting the Dream Act - going to or already have completed a college degree, are heads above most "average workers" - therefore not a job threat to the average worker. They may be the average worker's boss, with the degree they earn.
